Saturday 11th & Sunday 12th of April 2015 (Track open for practice on Thursday 9th & Friday 10th)
Classes
1/5th Scale Sedan, 1/5th scale Mini , 1/6th Scale Trucks
Body Style
Must use the correct body styles as approved by AARCMCC for the selected classes.
Format
A minimum of 4, Max 6 x 10 minute heats, for each class. Best single heat to count. XMAS Tree nals
15min 1/8 Finals, 20min ¼ Finals, 20min ½ Finals, 30min Main Finals. Personal transponders are
supported using SlyFox timing software.
Rules
The event will be run to current AARCMCC rules. Available from www.aarcmcc.org.
Noise Restrictions
MRCCR is bound by council noise restrictions. No cars to be started before 9am or after 6pm
at any time. There will be a 45min lunch break on Saturday and Sunday during which no engines
can be started.

On Track Selling Policy For Major Events
MRCCR inc. has in place in its clubs constitution a strict no on-track selling policy. We believe
in supporting hobby shops, as the next racers generally buy their rst car from a hobby shop.
We realise the opportunity for shops and distributors to supply racers at a major event and
to showcase their products. MRCCR inc. is oering shops and distributors the right to sell
at the track during the event for a registration fee of $100. For any sellers paying the $100
they will need to provide their own selling facility of no more than 12m 2 with signage.
Please Note
- Any persons caught selling at the event without the clubs permission will be disqualied
from the event and asked to leave.
- There will be no exceptions to this rule.
- Selling in the car park will also be considered “On-track Selling”.
