2016 AUSTRALIAN TITLES for 1/5th Off Road Large Scale


1.	Held and Hosted by the Upper Hunter Radio Controlled Car Club (UHROC) 

2.	Dates: October 13th, 14th, 15th and 16th 2016.

3.	Location: Old Highway, Liddell, NSW

4.	Entry Fee: $100 per entrant and $40 each for every subsequent car after that.

5.	Entries will only be accepted via the E-Laps entry system, no other means will be accepted. 

6.	Methods of Payment are (Option 1) via direct bank deposit to the Upper Hunter Radio off road club BSB 012-720 Account Number 4580 75119 please put your first initial and surname in the description line (Option 2) PayPal and the address for payment is secretary@uhroc.com.au

  if PayPal is used $5.00 paypal fee is charged 

 we suggest using the mobile phone app or internet explorer as your browser, other browsers have caused issues in the past.

7.	Classes being run at the event will be, 2wd outlaw, 2wd Efra, 4wd Aarcmcc and 4wd Outlaw, the event will be run in accordance with the AARCMCC largescale Offroad rules V6 – 2016

8.	Every entrant, mechanic or pit person will be required to sign the AARCMCC code of conduct prior to the commencement of the event.

9.	Thursday 13th of October is a practice day only and all transponders will be tested and confirmed on this day, wrong numbers or poor signals will be the responsibility of the competitor and not the issue of the race director. You all have plenty of time to get the number and location of your transponder correct prior to the event.

10.	Entries are open as of now and will close on the 15th of September; late entries will only be accepted with a $50 surcharge.

11.	Presentation Location and Dinner will be held at Club Singleton, entry is on William Street. The Menu is Buffett style and will include, Roast Lamb, Pork, Chicken and Vegetables as well as Salads. Dessert will also be provided and include Mud Cake, Pavlova and Fruit sides. The dinner will cost $30 per head and will need to be paid when the entry fee is paid so numbers can be confirmed.
