View your Event Extras by clicking the 'My Event Extras' menu item.
Event Extras are list alphabetically by name.
NOTE: Event extras cannot be deleted if they are in use. The 'Used' number indicates how many events the extra is associated with. If an event extra is not in use, a red X delete button (not shown below) will appear in the Tools column.
To create a new Event Extra click the 'Add Event Extra' button.
Extra
This field specifies the event extra's name.
Description
This field is used to describe the event extra in more detail. This content is displayed in a pop up window when the event extra is clicked on. (Coming Soon)
Editable
This field determines whether an extra can have its quantity changed. For example, in the screen shot below, the "1/10 Control Race Tyre (Pack)" is NOT editable. This is evident by the greyed out Quantity field for this event extra.
Mandatory
This field determines whether an extra is automatically selected, and it cannot be un-selected. For example, in the screen shot above, the "Super BBQ Night" is MANDATORY. This is evident by the automatically ticked and greyed out tick box for this event extra.
First Entry / All Entries
This field works in conjunction with the Mandatory field. It allows you to set an extra to be mandatory, for an entrant's 'First Entry' only, or for 'All Entries'. For example, an extra that is mandatory, and set as 'First Entry' means someone who enters an event more than once is not forced to pay for the extra twice.
Quantity
This field sets the initial quantity amount. For example, in the screen shot above, the "1/10 Control Race Tyre (Pack)" has a quantity value of 4.
Price
This field sets the event extra price. The currency type is set during adding or editing the event.
Unit
This field specifies the event extra unit text. For example, in the screen shot above, the "1/10 Control Race Tyre (Pack)" has a unit value of "PAIR".
Adding Event Extras to an Event
When adding / editing an event, multiple extras can be chosen by holding down the CTRL key and clicking the required extra.
Set / View Extra Categories
Each extra selected for an event can be associated with one or more categories that have been selected for the event. For example, in the screen shot above the "1/10 Control Race Tyre (Pack)" extra should only be associated with 1/10th scale categories.
This is done by clicking the 'Set / View Extra Categories' link to the right of the Event Extras list.
NOTE: Only those categories that have been selected for the event will appear in the lists for each extra.
Multiple categories can be chosen for each extra by holding down the CTRL key and clicking the required category.
